Two sides that left it late to secure their last-16 spots at Euro 2020 meet in Copenhagen this evening as Spain take on Croatia.
Both sides won their final group matches to finish second and qualify for the first knockout round, and both will be hoping that those victories can prove the turning point for what looked like being drab campaigns.
Spain hammered Slovakia 5-0 as they came good on manager Luis Enrique’s promise that his side were like a bottle of Cava waiting to be uncorked, while Croatia broke Scottish hearts as Luka Modric came to the Euro party with a scintilating display.
