Criteria

Purpose

The purpose of Innovation Nation is to find the most innovative uses of technology in the UK private and public sectors. Innovation Nation will champion the individuals and organisations putting technology to good use, whether that be revolutionising the way staff work, using technology to deliver better frontline care or implementing services that go beyond the norm.

Innovation Nation is an opportunity for the UK to show how it is setting innovation trends that the rest of the world can follow.

Submitting

All entries must be submitted in a word document of no more than 1000 words.

We encourage entries with unique content that can bring them to life. As such we recommend entrants complement their work with either of the following:

• 2 minute video in MP4 format
• 2 minute podcast in MP3 format
• Infographic
• Images
• Blog post
• Case studies

By submitting an entry you agree to allow this entry to be showcased on the microsite. As such no financial information is necessary other than for highlighting cost savings or efficiencies.

Entrants can submit for as many categories as they like, however only one entry can be submitted per category.

Entries will only be accepted for work that has taken place from January 2011.

The deadline for submitting entries is 30th April 2012.
