Cristiano Ronaldo made it back-to-back Manchester United player of the month awards, scooping up a whopping 57 per cent of the votes ahead of David de Gea and Marcus Rashford.
The 36-year-old provided two match-winning performances against Atalanta and Spurs with the forward scoring the winner in the comeback in the Champions League before grabbing a goal and an assist in North London.
His return to United was confirmed on deadline day in August before he went on to break Ali Daei's world record for international goals.
He has seven goals in 10 games including the brace on his sensational debut against Newcastle United where he sent the Old Trafford crowd into pandemonium after firing in the first and second against the Magpies.
United fans were all saying the same thing about Ronaldo winning the award again with many calling out the 36-year-old's critics.
"Criticism is always part of the business. I'm not worried about that. And I see it as a good thing to be honest. If they worry about me or they speak about me, it's because they know my potential and value in football still," he has said previously responding to criticism.
"So it's good. I'll give you an example: if you're in a school and you're the best student, you ask the worst student if he likes the best, they'll say they don't like him.
"I think the main word is that I'm still happy and enjoying football. It doesn't matter how many things I won in my career. I win everything but I'm still motivated.
"I'm in a new chapter of my life, even with my age, and this is why I am here - to try to win and I think Manchester needs to be at this level of winning and thinking to win big things so I'm here to help."
