Cristiano Ronaldo has been charged with improper conduct by Uefa for his celebration in Juventus’ Champions League victory over Atletico Madrid.
Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as the Bianconeri came from two goals behind after the first leg to win 3-2 and book their place in the quarter-finals.
The Portugal international followed his decisive third goal by mimicking Diego Simeone’s ‘cojones’ celebration from the first leg.
The Atletico boss was later fined €20,000 for the gesture.
UEFA says its disciplinary panel will judge the charge of "improper conduct" on Thursday.
Juventus do not expect Ronaldo to be handed a harsher punishment.
“Absolutely not,” Massimiliano Allegri said when asked about the possibility of a ban.
"I think everyone celebrated their own way on the field and in the stands. I saw nothing strange, just a celebration. There won't be a ban."
Juventus take on Ajax in their Champions League quarter-final tie with the first leg in Amsterdam on April 10.
