MMA legend Cris Cyborg has congratulated her old rival Ronda Rousey on her pregnancy announcement - and says they could finally meet down the road in a WWE ring.
The pair were fierce rivals when Rousey was UFC bantamweight champion, but various issues meant that a fight between the pair never came to fruition.
And while it looks increasingly unlikely that the American will ever return to the octagon, she forged a significant legacy for herself during a run with WWE between 2018 and 2019, which is something Cyborg is interested in as well.
Speaking with Mirror Fighting ahead of her second featherweight title defence against Leslie Smith at Bellator 259 this Friday night, Cyborg congratulated her rival on her and husband Travis Browne's pregnancy announcement.
"Congratulations to Ronda and her husband on this new chapter of their life," she said. "I'm very happy for her, it's very cool and this is the next step.
"Somebody told me last night and I was so happy to hear it.
"It would be nice to have any sort of match with her because people would love it. I would definitely do it."

Cyborg is 2-0 in the Bellator cage, and makes her second defence in a rematch with former UFC star Smith this Friday night in an event which will be shown on the BBC iPlayer in the UK.
"This fight for sure is going to be different," she said. "I had to make 140 lbs last time, and it was very very hard, and it was short notice too so there's a different vibe between now and that fight
"The quality of opponents in the division was one of the things that attracted me to signing with Bellator. There are a lot of girls in my division so I don't have to beg people to come up to 145.
"I'm fighting in a real division at 145 now, and I'm really happy because Scott Coker [Bellator President] has been building a division at 145.
"Don't miss this fight, don't go get a coffee or a beer because you might miss it!"
The MMA legend, who held titles in the UFC, Strikeforce, Invicta and now Bellator, has been touted as a potential boxing opponent for the similarly dominant boxing champion Katie Taylor.
But she insists that she won't be stepping in to the boxing ring at least until next year, with plans in place for her to defend her title three times in 2021 including Friday's event.
