Cris Carter drops some truth to Steelers WR Antonio Brown

Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown has made it clear he wants to be traded this offseason and his time in Pittsburgh is done. But as NFL analyst and Hall of Famer Cris Carter warns, be careful what you wish for.

It doesn’t get better than the situation that AB’s been in. Be careful what you wish for, there’s a lot of bad landing spots in the NFL. It’s a difference between playing in the cold in Pittsburgh and playing in the cold in Buffalo.

Carter is on the money here. Of all the teams out there with the draft capital and salary cap to take on Brown, very few have a decent quarterback. Brown has no idea how much his historic six-year stretch has been the product of having a future Hall of Famer throwing him the football.

Everyone involved in this mess needs to realize they all need each other and things don’t get better for anyone if Brown is playing on a bad team. Nevertheless, there are plenty of fans out there who are hoping Pittsburgh deals Brown to a team with a terrible quarterback so he can understand just how good he has it with the Steelers.
