Criminal Assets Bureau seize home in Finglas, north Dublin over links to ongoing drugs probe

The Criminal Assets Bureau has seized a house in Dublin which is linked to an ongoing drugs investigation.

CAB took possession of the house in Finglas, north Dublin on Monday morning at 10am.

They obtained an order over this property in January 2019 under Section 3 of the Proceeds of Crime Act but were initially granted the order in the High Court on 23 February 2018.

According to Dublin Live, the investigation resulted in CAB taking possession of this property centred on an investigation into the assets of an individual involved in the sale and supply of controlled drugs.
