The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) conducted search operations in Dublin and Laois on Wednesday morning.
They searched two homes in the Dublin 15 and Dublin 6 area as well as two professional premises in Dublin 2 and Laois.
During the operation, documentation, phones and electronic devices were seized and will be analysed by a CAB specialist.

As well as this, approximately €40,000 has been frozen in an account in a financial institution under Section 17 of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act, 2010.
CAB were supported by the Emergency Response Unit, local Gardai and officers from the Garda National Immigration Bureau during the operation.
