Cricket World cup live streaming, live TV coverage and highlights: How to watch England vs South Africa

The 2019 Cricket World Cup gets underway today with hosts England taking on South Africa.

London's second stadium, the 25,5000 seater Oval, is set to host the first match of the tournament and is likely to have a carnival atmosphere.

England come into the 12th tournament as favourites to lift the trophy for the first time, while today's visitors are also seeking a first ever World Cup win and looking to shake the tag of pernnial tournament chokers.

Here's how to watch England vs South Africa today.

How to watch on TV and online

Thursday's match starts at 10.30am. Sky has exclusive live coverage in the UK, and you can tune in on either the Sky Sports Cricket channel, the Main Event channel, the Sky Sports app or online.

Existing Sky customers can add all eight sports channels to their existing package, while for a limited time only you can add Sky Sports cricket for just £10 a month.

Sky Sports subscribers can stream the match online via SkyGo and the SkyGo app.

Sky Sports is also available via Now TV with a day pass on offer for £8.99.
