England's Cricket World Cup title defence came to an end on a high, but they will play no part as the tournament heads into the business end.
Jos Buttler's side endured a horror tournament, as their semi-final hopes were ended alarmingly early, but their wins over the Netherlands and Pakistan have at least secured qualification for the Champions Trophy.
India are the only unbeaten team, as they hammered South Africa, and they brought the group-stage to a close with a massive victory over the Netherlands on Sunday.
The Proteas will join them in the last four despite that painful defeat, closing out the group stage by beating Afghanistan on Friday, with Australia and New Zealand also through.
