Three people were treated by ambulance staff following an early morning house fire in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
Firefighters were called to Chatsworth Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning (February 18) to reports of a blaze.
Crews from Ashfield and Mansfield fire stations attended the fire, which was extinguished by firefighters before the fire service handed three people into the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service.
A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Early this morning, two appliances from Ashfield and one from Mansfield, attended a house fire on Chatsworth Street, in Sutton-in-Ashfield.
"The fire was extinguished by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reels.
"Positive pressure ventilation fans were also used to clear smoke. Three people were handed into the care of East Midlands Ambulance Service."
The fire service has been contacted for more information about the condition of the three people affected by the blaze, and how it started.
