Crews called to fire at business park

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services were on hand to extinguish a bin fire.

The incident took place at 8.30am on Thursday, September 2, with officials leaving the scene at around 9.15am.

Crews were called after an automatic fire alarm sounded at Ruddington Business Park and used two BA sets to extinguish the flames.

West Bridgford Fire Station were on hand to tackle to the small blaze.

Positive pressure ventilation and a thermal imaging camera were also used at the scene.

The Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services provided updates via their Twitter page.
