Camera and lighting crews have been spotted in Bristol city centre today (January 6) filming for a new Netflix series.
Crews have set up outside the Bristol Royal Marriott and are filming a new Netflix series called "The One"
Pictures show a large crew who look like they are filming a major production.
The Netflix series "The One" is based on John Marrs' sci-fi novel of the same name. It is set in the future where a simple DNA test can find everyone's partner.
It sounds very Black Mirror-esque as five couples are set up together by a scientific experiment. The story follows what happens when the person you're meant to be with has dark secrets.
The 10-part series is being shot in and around Bristol, Cardiff and Newport and casting director Lauren Evans is attached.
A spokesperson for the Bristol Film Office was approached for comment but could only confirm film crews will be around for a while.
It's the latest in a string of productions to be filmed in Bristol, including new BBC Two drama Salisbury which will look at the impact the 2018 Novichok poisonings had on the community.
The Trial of Christine Keeler is also now airing on BBC One, having been filmed for 17 weeks across Bristol.
Wills Memorial, Central Library and St Nicholas market were just some of the Bristol locations used in the six-part series, which takes a fresh look at the 1960's ‘Profumo Affair'.
