Jubilant England fans poured out onto the streets of Manchester city centre to celebrate England's historic Euro 2020 semi-final victory over Denmark.

The 2-1 win at Wembley means the Three Lions are in their first major tournament final since 1966, when they won the World Cup.

A party atmosphere erupted across Greater Manchester as soon as the referee blew his whistle for the final time.

Fireworks were let off as families and friends watching at home celebrated the win.
