Love Island stars Maura Higgins and Chris Taylor tonight have appeared to confirmed they are in a relationship.
After much speculation both took to Instagram sharing identical photos which seemed to confirm a romance between the two TV stars.
Chris can be seen with his arms wrapped around the 29-year-old as they lean in close together.
Maura seemed to confirm the relationship captioning the snap: "He's mine"
Meanwhile Chris also shared the photo on his account appearing to further confirm the romance writing: "Turns out I fell in love with my best mate."
While the pair have been linked in the past Maura has often moved to shut down rumours insisting the pair are just mates.
However a group of eagle eyed social media users may have predicted the pair were made for eachother with many noticing a subtle detail way back when they first met.
Maura and Chris first became acquainted on the 2019 season of Love Island.
And a number of viewers at the time couldn't help that one of Chris's tattoos has a striking resemblance to the Longford beauty a whole year ago when the show first aired.
One said: ""Is it just me or does Chris’s tattoo look like Maura? Can’t unsee it!""
Another added: "It can’t be just me who thinks Chris’ tattoo has a look of Maura."
And a third said: "Fair play to Chris for getting that Maura tattoo after one date.
Could the pair's romance be written in the stars? It definitely could be written in Chris's chest anyway.
