It's no secret that celebrities pull in massive earnings every time they post a #spon post on Instagram, although many of us find ourselves questioning just how much they're getting.
Research has come in from Bankrate has revealed just what some celebrity real estate stars are actually making every time they agree to do a sponsored post.
They looked at almost 100 shows from the UK and the US to find out who the the top ranked property programmes and presenters were on each side of the pond.
It might come as no surprise who ranks in the number one spot, bringing in an eye-watering amount with every #spon.
10. Mary Fitzgerald - £3059.08
The Selling Sunset realtor is known for being "chilled out " on the show, she spent years living in both London and New York before making the move to Los Angeles.
With 1.2m followers on Instagram a sponsored post can put an extra £3059.08 in the experienced star's pocket.
9. Fredrik Eklund - £3272.13
Swedish real estate broker Fredrik Eklund, 44, has starred on Bravo show Million Dollar Listing New York since 2012.
The star, who has also published his own book The Sell, can charge £3272.13 for a post on his Instagram account where he has racked up 1.3m followers.
8. Ryan Serhant - £3726.10
American real estate broker, author, and television personality Ryan Serhant, 36, has an impressive list of talents he can put on a CV.
Starring on Million Dollar Listing New York, Ryan also founded his own real estate company Serhant.
Also hosting the podcast Big Money Energy on iHeartRadio, Ryan has racked up 1.5m followers on Instagram.
He can charge £3726.10 a post.
7. Christine Quinn - £4022.75
The glamorous Selling Sunset star, who was educated at the prestigious Juilliard School, comes in seventh place.
Christine can bring in £4022.75 for every post to her 1.7m Instagram followers.
6. Heather Rae Young - £4079.38
Coming in sixth is Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, 33.
The star, who holds the award of Playboy Playmate of the Month, can bring in thousands for a single post to her 1.7M followers.
5. Chrishell Stause - £4834.49
The 39-year-old Selling Sunset star has worked as an actress since 2005 when she got a role on All My Children, but is more well known for being a celebrity real estate agent.
To get a sponsored post out to Chrishell's two million followers you can expect to part with £4834.49.
4. Jonathan Scott - £5641.73
The 43-year-old comes just behind his twin brother, who he starred with on the show that made them famous Property Brothers.
The Canadian star can still pull in a whopping £5641.73 a post.
3. Drew Scott - £5655.22
The Property Brothers star, who just outperforms his twin brother Jonathan, got famous for their hit show.
He has also went onto have roles on many other shows and spin-off's including Amazon Prime's Buying and selling.
He can charge as much as £5655.22 for sponsored posts.
2. Shea & Syd McGee - £6783.38
The married couple, who star on Netflix show Dream Home Makeover, draw in at second place.
With 2.8 million followers the sweet couple could earn as much as £6783.38 each time they share something to their huge following.
They're famous for their hit show but they also happen to run a very successful online store and interior design studio.
1. Scott Disick - £58,711.41
The star, who rose to fame through his appearances on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, has what is significantly the highest valued price for posting.
The Bankrate study found that he brings in a staggering £58,711.41 every time he shares any sponsored content to his 24.6 million Instagram followers.
The 37-year-old, who shares three children with Kourtney Kardashian, landed his own property TV show Flip It Like Disick where he tackles high-end home flipping. Just eight episodes of the show aired in 2019.
