‘Crazy but free’ Glasgow man goes viral on TikTok after turning up to football viewing at Queen’s Park as Obi-Wan Kenobi

A Glaswegian Star Wars fan has gone viral on TikTok after he stole the show at a football match screening in Queen’s Park.

Stuart, who goes by the name @the_cherrybomb_cosplayer on the social media site, was caught swinging his lightsaber dressed head-to-toe as Obi-Wan Kenobi in front of a giant screen playing the Euro2020.

TikTok user @palsb4gals shared footage of the wannabe Obi-Wan, captioning the post ‘as he should’.

The phrase ‘I am crazy, but I am free’ plays in the background of the hilarious video.

Footage of Stuart stealing the limelight from the football match has racked up more than 18k views and currently has over 164 comments on the post.

TikTok users were left in stitches watching Stuart, who regularly dresses up for charity, boldly do his thing.

Palsb4gals, who posted the video along with the caption called the cosplayer ‘a legend’ and replied to comments adding ‘he is so free’ and ‘our guy was sabering for his life up front.’

Another added that the fans were not gathering for the football, joking: “Nah everyone was there to watch him.“

One person wrote: “His time to shine“

While another said: “I was chatting to him in Queen’s Park the other day, he does it to raise money for charity.”

Gaun yersel Stuart! May the force be with you.
