A crash on a main road near the city centre caused some delays to traffic.
The incident happened on Abbey Street, close to its junction with the A52 Clifton Boulevard, at around 1pm today, December 7.
One lane was blocked but the road was cleared by 1.30pm.
Injuries are unknown, but emergency services were called to the scene.
Motorists were advised to allow extra time for their journey or use a different route.
Nottingham Travelwise tweeted: "Road traffic collision on Abbey Street (A6005) Southbound at its junction with Clifton Boulevard A52. Lane 2 of 4 is blocked at this time.
"Emergency services are on scene, please allow extra time for your journey or use an alternative route."
