One person has been taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash involving a lorry in Merthyr Tydfil .
The A465 was partly closed between Dowlais Top Roundabout and Cefn Coed Roundabout in both directions following the incident.
Traffic is reported to be slow in the area.
South Wales Police confirmed officers were called to the scene at 5.41pm on Thursday, September 19.
One person has been taken to hospital but police said nobody was seriously injured.
A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: "We were called to a multi-vehicle collision including a lorry.
"We were called at 5.42pm and one patient has been taken to hospital."
The road had re-opened by around 8.30pm.
