Roads are closed after a motorbike and car smash outside of Goodison Park this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Spellow Lane at about 4.30pm to reports of a crash.
Photos from the scene showed debris in the road outside of the stadium and a black car damaged as officers worked.
An unmarked police vehicle was also pictured at the scene.
A spokesman for Merseyside Police confirmed there was a crash between a motorbike and a car. The force confirmed those involved suffered only minor injuries.
A fire engine was also pictured near the crash after an oil spill in the road after the crash.
Traffic and bus services have been directed away from the busy road while emergency services work at the scene.

Mersey Travel advised the bus route 68 was subject to delays.
The service tweeted: "Due to a police incident, Spellow Lane is closed in both directions near to Goodison Rd.
"68 services will be subject to delays and will operate via Queens Drive and Walton Lane, omitting Spellow Lane and County Rd. Will update when available."
