Crash causes long delays on M1 southbound at junction 41

A crash involving two cars on the M1 southbound is causing long delays.

The collision happened between J41 A650 (Carrgate) and J40 A638 Wakefield Road (Ossett / Wakefield).

Traffic service Inrix is showing congestion all the way back to junction 43.

Two lanes were originally closed however there are reports that there is now just one lane closed.
