Three men have been charged over the fatal shooting of Craig Small in Wembley.
Mr Small, 32, was shot outside a Harrow Road shop in Monks Park on July 7 and died in hospital a short time later.
Courtney Ellis, 34, Christopher Kyei, 32, and Horaine Nicholas, 29, were arrested on Wednesday.
Ellis was charged on Thursday with murder, possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and perverting the course of justice.
Kyei and Nicholas were charged with perverting the course of justice.
All three are remanded in custody to appear at Willesden Magistrates Court on Friday.
A 28-year-old who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and possession of a prohibited firearm has been released under investigation.
Mr Small's mother, Carol, described him after his death as a "loving son, a father, an uncle".
