Craig Gordon rages at former Celtic teammate Odsonne Edouard's over sublime dinked penalty

Frustrated Craig Gordon reacted angrily to Odsonne Edouard's Panenka-style penalty to put Celtic 2-0 up against Hearts at Hampden.

The Jambos appeared to lose their grip on the Scottish Cup Final when the Frenchman stepped up and dinked the penalty straight down the middle, sending his former teammate the wrong way.

It was a moment of total confidence and skill from the man Neil Lennon has described as "talismanic" ahead of the game.

Gordon reacted by grabbing the ball out of the net and throwing it in the direction of the striker with his right hand as Edouard celebrated with jubilant teammates.

The ball did not hit the player but Gordon was booked by referee John Beaton after the flashpoint.

Hearts came back into the game in a tumultuous second half but the Hoops eventually win on penalties after a 3-3 draw.

The keeper joined Hearts in the summer on a free transfer from the Hoops as he searched for first team football.

He spent last term as back-up to Southampton loanee Fraser Forster but has been in great form for the Tynecastle men, earning a recall to Steve Clarke 's Scotland set-up.
