Craft beer chain BrewDog announces plan to open new bar in Headingley

Craft beer chain BrewDog is opening a new bar in Headingley as part of their ongoing expansion.

Since launching in 2007, the company has gone from strength to strength with dozens of venues all across the country. They've even got a roster of international venues too.

In Leeds, there are already BrewDog venues on Crown Street and New York Road, with a new bar opening soon in Headingley.

Chief executive officer James Watt confirmed the news, as well as the opening of further Yorkshire BrewDogs, on his LinkedIn page.

He said: “Feels like a crazy time to be expanding but we have the following bars under construction.

“New DogTap Ellon, Shanghai, Huddersfield, Headingley, Lincoln, Bradford, Mumbai, Wiesbaden and Plymouth with a few other deals close too.”

There’s now a Facebook page for the new Headingley BrewDog. We’ll bring you more on the chain’s new Yorkshire branches when we have further details.
