CP no longer naming boy, mother in Calgary Amber Alert

CALGARY — Editors: The Canadian Press is choosing to no longer name the subject of today’s Amber Alert in Calgary, two-year-old Hawkin Gerald Thomas, or his mother, Tamara Jean Vanderjagt. RCMP say the child is safe.

Clients may wish to ensure the names of the boy and the woman have been removed from their websites and guard against their future use.
