- NSW - four deaths, 966 cases in hospital
- Victoria - 11 deaths, 175 cases in hospital
- Queensland - six deaths, 247 cases in hospital
- Western Australia - no deaths, 103 cases in hospital
- South Australia - one death, 98 cases in hospital
- Tasmania - no deaths, 14 cases in hospital
- ACT - no deaths, 30 cases in hospital
NSW
Another four people have died and 966 remain in hospital.
There were 12,850 positive tests reported in the past 24 hours to 4pm yesterday.
Victoria
The state reported a further 11 COVID deaths and 6,075 new cases.
There are 175 people are in hospital, with 22 in ICU.
Queensland
A further six people have died with COVID in Queensland and 4,029 new cases were reported.
There are 247 people in hospital, with 15 in ICU.
Western Australia
There are 103 people in WA hospitals with the virus, and two people are currently in ICU.
The state recorded 4,300 new cases of COVID-19 to 8pm on Friday night.
South Australia
A man in his 40s has died in South Australia after testing positive to COVID-19.
The state has 98 people in hospital, including nine patients in ICU and one on a ventilator.
There have been 2,374 new cases recorded in SA.
Tasmania
There are 14 people in hospital with the virus, with eight being treated specifically for COVID symptoms.
Four people are in intensive care.
The state recorded 1,130 new cases.
ACT
There are 30 people in hospital with COVID-19 in the ACT, with just one person in ICU.
The territory reported 704 new cases of the virus.
