As Scotland enjoys the recent end of the lockdown levels system, the country continues to fight to keep covid under control.
Despite the number of confirmed cases remaining in the thousands, newly reported deaths have been comparatively low.
Today's figures published by the Scottish Government confirmed 3,190 new cases of the virus with no new deaths reported.
Meanwhile, yesterday saw 3,464 positive tests confirmed with three new reported deaths.
NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde area also continues to see the highest number of cases in the country, with 965 recorded today.

A number of neighbourhoods in the city itself also report a seven-day positivity rate of more than 400 per 100,000 of the population, the highest available.
Carntyne in the east end has the highest positivity rate at 884.7 per 100,000 followed by Woodlands in the west end (744.6) and Baillieston (693.1).
Meanwhile, Kingspark South has recorded the lowest infection rate in the city at 124.2 per 100,000, with Scotstoun North and East (130.6) and Maxwell Park (153.4) also confirming comparatively low levels of covid.
