Edinburgh's Covid infection rate has dropped again in the last seven days, but some areas have developed as hotspots in the city.
The latest coronavirus data from Public Health Scotland shows a number of areas of the capital have had barely any infections in the previous seven days with three cases or fewer recorded.
But other parts of the city have become hotspots with a rise in infections compared to data from previous weeks.
This figure allows areas with different sized populations to have their infection rates compared more proportionately.

Moredun and Craigour and Parkhead and Sighthill are the most infected areas, with between 200 to 399 cases per 100,000 people.
This is the second highest infection rate, with no areas recording a rate of 400 or above.
Areas including Bingham, Niddrie, Craigmillar, Marchmont and Granton all recorded cases in the next alert level, with an infection rate of 100-199 per 100,000 population.

Those areas in white on the map have less than three new confirmed cases in the last seven days, with the actual figure not released to protect patient confidentiality.
This includes areas like Trinity, Tollcross, Stockbridge and Portobello.
