Three further coronavirus-related deaths have been reported in Northern Ireland on Tuesday.
The death toll from the Department of Health now stands at 2,955.
Two fatalities are said to have occurred during the current reporting period, and one outside of it.
A further 2,096 positive Covid cases have also been recorded in NI today.
This brings the total number of positive cases to 357,437 since the start of the pandemic, according to the Department of Health.
Over the past seven days, the Department said 14,876 individuals have tested positive in Northern Ireland.
According to figures released on Tuesday, there are currently 268 Covid-19 confirmed patients in hospital and 34 in intensive care.

Meanwhile, DUP leader Sir Jeffrey Donaldson has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Lagan Valley MP said close contacts will be informed and he will continue with his work remotely.
Sir Jeffrey added that the "importance of being vaccinated cannot be overstated".
In a series of tweets he said: "When I returned from London on Friday evening I felt a cold coming on but it has been getting worse.
"PCR test has now come back positive. Close contacts will be notified. Thankfully I received my booster two weeks ago.
"The importance of being vaccinated cannot be overstated."
Sir Jeffrey said he would still hold a virtual meeting with Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, who recently replaced Lord Frost as the UK's lead negotiator with the EU in post-Brexit talks.
