Seven further coronavirus-related deaths have been reported in Northern Ireland on Wednesday.
The death toll from the Department of Health now stands at 2,776.
The fatalities are said to have occurred during the current reporting period.
A further 1,765 positive Covid cases have also been recorded in NI today.
This brings the total number of positive cases to 287,224 since the start of the pandemic, according to the Department of Health.
Over the past seven days, the Department said 8,775 individuals have tested positive in Northern Ireland.
According to figures released on Wednesday, there are currently 404 Covid-19 confirmed patients in hospital and 36 in intensive care.

Meanwhile, the head of the biggest health trust in Northern Ireland has estimated that one in five NHS staff remain unvaccinated.
The revelation by Chris Hagan, Belfast Trust's Medical Director, comes as Health Minister Robin Swann is set to launch a consultation on the introduction of mandatory Covid vaccines for health workers.
The move has been unveiled against a backdrop of frontline NHS and social care workers in England being told they will be legally required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 from next spring.
Health Secretary Sajid Javid told the House of Commons on Tuesday that vaccination would be a legal requirement for NHS staff from April 1 next year.
Robin Swann's consultation is on plans for mandatory Covid-19 and flu vaccination for new recruits, as opposed to existing ones, to the health and social care workforce in NI.
