No further coronavirus related deaths have been reported by the Department of Health today.
According to the DoH's latest update, the death toll from coronavirus in Northern Ireland remains at 2,152.
Friday's dashboard also reports a further 84 positive cases of Covid-19 since yesterday, bringing the total number of positive cases to 121,995 since the start of the pandemic.
They also announced that a total of 1,604,801 vaccines have been administered in Northern Ireland to date.
Over the past seven days, the Department said 597 individuals have tested positive.
There are currently 34 Covid-19 confirmed inpatients in hospital and two in intensive care.
Today the Department of Health announced that community pharmacies across Northern Ireland have now administered over 50,000 coronavirus vaccines.
This comes after the news that the vaccine programme is now open to those aged from 25 to 29 across Northern Ireland.
Anyone born between 01/05/91 and 31/07/96 can now book an appointment for a jab at one of the Trust vaccination centres across the country.
Chief Medical Officer, Dr Michael McBride said: "While the risk of severe disease is lower in younger people, some may get very sick. There is much we still have to learn about this virus and post COVID syndrome or “long COVID”, which can be very debilitating for some.
"In making the decision to get the vaccine you are protecting not only yourself, but also those that matter to you. Every vaccine really does bring us closer, together."
