Covid NI: No coronavirus patients in intensive care

The Department of Health has revealed there are no Covid-19 confirmed patients in intensive care in Northern Ireland.

There are currently 15 coronavirus confirmed patients in hospital.

The DoH has also recorded no further Covid-19 related deaths for the last seven days.

According to the latest update, the death toll from the DoH remains at 2,154.

Tuesday's dashboard also reports a further 81 positive cases of Covid-19, bringing the total number of positive cases to 123,267 since the start of the pandemic.

Over the past seven days, the Department said 546 individuals have tested positive in Northern Ireland.

Meanwhile, there are 13 postcodes where no new coronavirus cases have been recorded in the last seven days.

According to figures released by the Department of Health on Monday, a total of 523 individuals tested positive for the virus throughout Northern Ireland from May 31 - June 6.

Postcodes recording no new Covid-19 cases:

  • BT30 – Downpatrick
  • BT31 – Castlewellan
  • BT49 – Limavady
  • BT54 – Ballycastle
  • BT57 – Bushmills
  • BT58 – Newtownabbey
  • BT64 – Craigavon
  • BT68 – Caledon
  • BT74 – Enniskillen
  • BT75 – Fivemiletown
  • BT77 – Augher
  • BT81 – Castlederg
  • BT92 – Lisnaskea
