In other coronavirus-related news, it has emerged the High street Voucher Scheme is set to launch on a date after September 12.

Everyone aged 18 and over will be able to apply for £100 to spend in local shops when the application portal opens after the scheme is officially launched.

Applications will close on October 11, officials told Stormont's economy committee on Wednesday morning.

But the opening date is not yet final and the Department for the Economy (DfE) is currently finalising the scheme.

MLAs have also argued that 16 and 17-year-olds should not be excluded from the scheme.
