VARANASI: No person tested positive for Covid-19 while one patient was declared cured in Varanasi district on Monday. No fatality due to the virus was reported in the last 24 hours.
According to the daily medical bulletin, the cumulative number of positive cases was 82,390, while recoveries increased to 81,614 in the district. The number of active cases of Covid-19 reduced to three in Varanasi.
In Chandauli district, which has become free from the active cases of Covid-19, no new case was found on Monday.
Jaunpur district reported one new case of Covid-19 and one recovery on Monday. Currently, Jaunpur has three active cases of Covid-19.
