Covid-19: German city of Tübingen protects its elderly to avoid another lockdown

FOCUS © FRANCE 24

Can we prevent lockdowns by instead taking better care of at-risk and elderly people? Most governments have rejected the idea, but the south-western German city of Tübingen has made it a reality. A programme prepared by Patrick Lovett, Rebecca Martin and James Vasina.
