The current Delta outbreak in NSW is stretching the healthcare system, according to Premier Gladys Berejiklian, who said it was "the biggest challenge that healthcare workers have faced in their careers".
This comes on top of smaller outbreaks in Victoria and the ACT.
We would also like to hear from people working in aged care facilities, in testing and vaccination clinics across the country and healthcare workers in states not yet affected by Delta.
We believe this is an important issue to continue covering and want to hear directly from those doing the work.
