Ireland recorded another 442 cases of Covid-19 on Thursday, with Dublin again being the worst hit.
The latest figures also make worrying reading for Cork, Donegal, Meath, Galway and Monaghan, all of which had at least 20 cases diagnosed.
This now brings the total number of infections in the country to 36,597.
Tragically, four further deaths were announced, bringing the total to 1,806.

Of the cases notified on Thursday, 225 were men and 217 were women, while 67% were under the age of 45.
A total of 69 cases were identified as community transmission, while 54% were associated with outbreaks or are close contacts of a confirmed case.

Meanwhile, the National Public Health Emergency Team will advise the Government that households should be allowed only six visitors from one other home.
The new measure, which is currently in place in both Dublin and Donegal, could now be put in place for all counties under a Level 2 alert as early as Friday.
To date, under Level 2, households could have six visitors from three other homes.
No other restrictions are expected to be announced this week.
