A Blantyre woman posted sexually explicit photos of another female on Facebook.
Sarah McLean, 22, of Park Farm, Auchentibber Road, was placed under supervision for a year at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.
She admitted disclosing the intimate images on social media on March 3 last year and intending to cause the other woman fear, alarm or distress.
McLean also admitted pursuing a course of conduct which caused another female fear or alarm between January 1 and February 8 last year.
That offence involved repeated telephone calls, demands and aggressive behaviour.
Defence lawyer Ross Yuill said McLean has various “difficulties”.
Social workers had expressed concern “with regard to her understanding of matters”.
Mr Yuill added: “It seems she might benefit from supervision.
“This is her first time in court and she has no matters outstanding.”
Sheriff Daniel Kelly said he was prepared to accept the recommendation of a community payback order with supervision.
