A man and a woman were caught fighting in a Motherwell tower block.
Martin Thomson and Nicola Fallon appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week and admitted behaving in a threatening and abusive manner within a flat in Calder Tower on September 29.
The pair repeatedly shouted as well as adopting an aggressive demeanour towards each other and a glass bottle was brandished.
Fallon, of Merry Street, Motherwell, committed the offence while she was released on bail.
She was also convicted of breaching her bail conditions on October 22 by being outwith her home between the hours of 7pm and 7am.
Thomson, 36, also pleaded guilty to shouting, swearing and issuing threats of violence in Calder Tower on October 22 as well as assaulting a police officer in Motherwell Police Station.
