Due to illness in a close family member, Dr James Randerson is unable to travel to Australia, and Guardian Australia have been forced to cancel the Masterclasses courses planned to run from 25th July to 3rd August. These include Open journalism and the digital future of news, Understanding the media for science professionals, Science blogging and An Introduction to science journalism.
Guardian Australia is planning to announce replacement courses shortly and apologises for any inconvenience or disappointment.
