The Leamington Courier is to challenge a court order banning it from naming a 15-year-old boy who is the subject of an anti-social behaviour order. The paper has previously named and pictured the youth, who is now in custody for breaching the conditions of his Asbo. Magistrates imposed the ban because they believe he has been unfairly affected by publicity. (Via Hold The Front Page - Latest News)
