A couple are recovering after a terror ordeal in their own home last night.
Up to five hooded men burst into the expensive villa in a quiet cul-de-sac.
They put the frighteners on the two residents - but were forced to flee with nothing.
It happened around 8.10pm in Hewett Crescent, in Houston.

Detectives say the thugs forced their way inside, threatening the owners and demanding cash.
At least three men were involved and possibly up to five, all wearing dark clothing, hats, knitted black gloves and had their faces covered with black cotton type material face masks.
It is being classed as a break-in and attempted robbery.
Detective Constable Gary Bruce said: “While neither were injured, the two householders were subjected to a frightening ordeal before these men left the house.
“Extensive enquiries are ongoing into this incident and I would urge anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity around the area on Saturday evening to get in touch.
“I would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam or private CCTV footage from the area.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 3212 of 19 February, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
