A couple have told how they raised their two kids in a bendy bus they bought off Gumtree.
Emma Hill and partner Nick bought the vehicle for $6,000 (around £3,200) and converted it into their own dream mobile home.
The pair, from Tasmania, Australia, transformed the 1985 bus while Emma was pregnant with their second child, Zac.
Just before baby Zac was born and eldest son Hudson was 16-months-old , they moved in as a family four.
The couple did most of the DIY themselves and Emma even went into labour inside the bus, according to the Daily Star.
Speaking to Kidspot, Emma said: "It was in great condition. Old, but everything still in place, seats and all.
"Hudson loved it. He had his little cot set up in his own little room, a huge backyard to roam in, chickens to play with, and a bike. I loved the simplicity.
"It was like a clean slate, moving into a new season of life.
"I laboured at home in the bus with our second baby, Zac, before heading to the birthing centre.
"A day later, we brought him home. The bus was his first home..."
Emma said they carefully considered how to make the space added: "There were lots of things to think about to make it work with a toddler and newborn, just 20 months apart."
At first, Zac, the baby, slept in a hammock-type bed.
Meanwhile, Hudson had a cot and then the wardrobe was converted into a space for the newborn.
Just six months after Emma gave birth to their child, Nick had to return to work and the mum was left to look after the two kids on-board their bus home.
Sadly, Emma developed "postnatal depression" and so the family took the opportunity to house sit for some pals.
The next summer they came back to their bendy "dream home".
But after Emma delivered their third son, Micah, they decided to settle in a house.
Now, the pair rent out their bus on Airbnb!
Emma added: She adds: "Every now and then the boys talk about moving back in, or living there when they're older."
