Congratulations to happy couple Joe and Nell Kelly, who recently celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary.
Joe (79) and Nell (81) were married on November 21, 1959 at St Francis Church in Hockley, Birmingham after meeting at Ansell’s Brewery in Aston.
They went on to have five children - two boys and three girls and now have 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
The couple have lived in Livingston since 1983 where they set up their own business; Able Platers which continues to be a family-run firm.
Their children said they wanted to wish them a happy diamond wedding anniversary, adding: “Peter, Margaret, Jackie, Michael and Lorraine would like to wish their beloved parents Joe and Nell a very happy 60th wedding anniversary with all the love in the world from all of us.”
