With 96 days left until the 2019 Georgia football season, we take a look at the player who dons the number 96 on the roster. Today, we will be reviewing Jack Podlesny.
Podlesny is on the active roster for the first time this year as he was redshirted in 2018 for his freshman season. He is the 3rd string kicker behind Rodrigo Blankenship and Brooks Buce.
Podlesny is from St. Simons Island, Georgia and he attended high school at Glynn Academy. He stands at 6’1 and 180 lbs. In his senior season in high school, he earned first-team all regional honors. He excelled in his classes in high school as well, being named to Principal’s Honor Roll and participated in National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Beta Club, and Physics Club.
