Countdown presenter Rachel Riley was left hiding blushes and giggles as she revealed letters which spelled out a rude word on the show's famous blue board.
Rachel, 35, had assisted a contestant to choose their random nine letters but started smirking when the Countdown clock starting ticking.
But contestants James and Adam – looked to be struggling to find a word before the penny dropped and as the time was up James shouted out 'Hooters' - which is American slang for breasts.
The pro presenter, who joined Countdown as a maths graduate aged just 22, fought back blushes as she placed the letters on the board to spell out the rude word.
But the awkward moment, was glossed over swiftly and Rachel placed new letters on the board for the game to continue.
Rachel, 35, looked radiant as she appeared on the show with her blossoming baby bump, and is already mum to 18-month-old daughter Maven with husband Pasha Kovalev.
And she was quick to call out another apparent blunder to her Twitter followers as a clip of BBC's children's show programme Bing was shown with a questionable 'drug use' warning to parents.

Taking to Twitter to post a snap of her screen, the Countdown star joked: 'I knew Bing has Charlie in it but what the hell else is the BBC pushing to our toddlers?!'
Soon after sharing the funny tweet, the BBC Press Office account replied: 'We love #Bing too, but we don’t make it - and doesn’t look like @BBCiPlayer to us.'
The popular programme about a bunny called Bing and his friends is of course U rated- or Universal - meaning it is suitable for everyone over four.
But the comical mix up left parents replying to her tweet with banter around the shows effect it has on them.
One even jokingly tweeted: "I think it's saying drug use is advised while watching it."
Countdown airs every weekday at 2.10pm on Channel 4 and is available to stream on All4.
