An East Kilbride councillor has slammed wanton vandalism at a popular nature walk in the town.
Now he is asking for the publics' help to catch those responsible.
Independent councillor for East Kilbride West, David Watson, has recently been in discussions with South Lanarkshire Land Services over improvements to the paths at Kittochglen between Stewartfield and College Milton, and generally tidying up the area.

But vandals have recently wrecked a bridge and Councillor Watson has hit out at anti-social behaviour in the area.
He recently slammed disgusting flytipping near Jackton with the local area blighted with an upturn in dumping in recent weeks.

He told Lanarkshire Live: "Over the last week vandals have destroyed bridge walk ways, dumped rubbish in the river, removed a Scottish Water manhole cover and smashed bottles on Arottshole Road.
"The actions of the individuals are causing a danger to locals using the glen for recreational purposes, dogs and wild animals, including deer who have been seen in the area."
Councillor Watson added that Police Scotland has been made aware of anti-social behaviour in the area and he has asked that if anyone can identify any of the culprits to contact Police Scotland or contact him directly.
East Kilbride Area Inspector, David Doherty, said: "Police Scotland are aware of the ongoing issues in Kittochglen.
"We have allocated additional resources to tackle the problem."
