Could this be the spookiest house in Greater Manchester?

A Halloween-mad man from Wigan has gone all out decorating his home for spooky season – and it's all for a good cause.

Mike Denaro has transformed his property into a haunted house just in time for October 31.

Although the 35-year-old has not yet finished decorating, dozens of visitors have already turned out to marvel at his efforts.

The home, on Fairman Drive in Hindley, can be found adorned with £500 worth of lights, lasers, projectors, smoke machines, animated figures and other terrifying decorations.

Mike is hoping his mini attraction will help raise funds for Wigan and Leigh Hospice.

Speaking to the Manchester Evening News , he said: “With everything that’s happened over the past couple of years it’s nice to do something that makes a lot of people happy whilst raising money for such an awesome cause - Wigan and Leigh Hospice.”
