Nuno Espírito Santo is on the managerial market once again after leaving Wolves, but is the Portuguese coach about to enter the race to become the new Celtic boss?
The experienced 47-year-old departs Molinuex Stadium after four years in charge of the Premier League outfit, having brought the Midlands club into the top-flight from the Championship in his first full season in charge.
The ex-Valencia head coach also led Wolves on a run to the Europa League quarter-finals in 2019/20, and signed a new contract last September, but it seems he and the club's hierarchy have different plans for the future.
And could those plans include a move to the Scottish Premiership?
He's denied that his departure is linked to any other job but the news of Nuno's availability has definitely peaked the interest of plenty of Hoops supporters online, with the majority seemingly keen on the idea of him taking up the reins at Parkhead:
Of course, Celtic are thought to be in advanced talks with former Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe but if negotiations drag on much longer, could Nuno be a surprise candidate to replace Neil Lennon, and would he be up to the job of overhauling a rampant Rangers side?
Only time will tell.
