The NFL postseason is here and some former Cougars are representing out on the field.
But, before that could happen Jamaal Williams had one last game to play for the Green Bay Packers
Jamaal Williams
Williams had eight carries for four yards in a Green Bay Packers loss to the Detroit Lions. The Packers will not be going to postseason.
And these Cougars I’m about to mention all made it into post season.
Taysom Hill
Hill had three carries for 11 yards and a TD, along with one reception for three yards in a New Orleans Saints loss to the Carolina Panthers
Kyle Van Noy
Van Noy scooped up a touchdown to be the only Patriots player since 2014 to score two offensive touchdowns in a New England Patriots win over the New York Jets. He also had a little reunion with Jet’s Bronson Kaufusi, who played, but didn’t record any stats. The Jets are not in the postseason.
Daniel Sorenson
Sorenson hasn’t been talked about much, but thats because he’s been out. But, he came back with a vengeance to prove himself on the friend. Sorenson had to solo and two assisted tackles, and an interception for 54 yards with touchdown for a Kansas City Chiefs win over the Oakland Raiders
Michael Davis & Robertson Daniel
Finally, Davis had six solo and three assisted tackles in a Los Angeles Chargers win over the Denver Broncos. And Daniel made it to postseason with The Baltimore Ravens, but hasn’t recorded any stats yet.
